Terms and Conditions

Worldwide Air Medical Treatment Facilitation Services Co. L.L.C. (“Air Medical 24X7,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accepting our quotation, making payment, or otherwise using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions and Scope of Service

1.1 Client refers to any individual, organization, or legal entity requesting or using Air Medical 24X7 services, whether for themselves or on behalf of another person (the “Patient” or “Beneficiary”).

1.2 Service(s) refers to all services provided by Air Medical 24X7, including Air Ambulance, Global Hospitalization/Overseas Medical Treatment, Commercial flight Stretcher, Travel Assistance, Medical Consultant to Corporations, Organ Transfer, ECMO Services, Home Care, Executive Charter, Medical Evacuation Custom-packages, Doctor-appointment, Hospital-acceptance, Flight Medical escort services, Second-opinion-services, Follow up Care.

1.3 Third Party means any individual or entity acting on behalf of the Client or Beneficiary.

1.4 Flight(s) refers to the confirmed medical evacuation flight(s) arranged by Air Medical 24X7 as per the quotation and operator confirmation.

1.5 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Air Medical 24X7 and the Client and prevail over any other communication, proposal, or document unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Medical Responsibility and Limitations

2.1 The onboard Flight Physician and Medical Team retain full professional responsibility for medical decisions during the flight.

2.2 The final decision regarding patient fitness to fly, acceptance of accompanying passengers, and any medical interventions or diversions rests solely with the onboard physician and flight crew.

2.3 Air Medical 24X7 does not practice medicine and shall not be held liable for the professional acts, omissions, or medical judgments made by healthcare professionals.

2.4 Medical information shared with Air Medical 24X7 is for operational purposes only and must be accurate and complete.

3. Flight Operations and Safety

A. Commercial Medical Escort

3.1 All commercial travel arrangements are subject to airline availability, schedule changes, weather conditions, air traffic control, airport regulations, and required permissions.

3.2 Seating arrangements are determined by the operating airline.

3.3 Baggage allowances follow the airline’s policies.

3.4 Catering is provided as per airline standards.

3.5 Medical care is provided by a certified medical escort.

3.6 Carriage of prohibited electronic devices or batteries is not allowed.

3.7 The Client shall indemnify Air Medical 24X7 for violations.

B. Chartered Air Ambulance

3.1 Charter flights are subject to aircraft and crew availability.

3.2 Standard configuration supports one patient and two escorts.

3.3 Baggage restrictions apply.

3.4 Catering depends on clinical and flight requirements.

3.5 Crew includes pilots, flight physician, and medic.

3.6 Prohibited items are not allowed onboard.

3.7 Client indemnifies Air Medical 24X7 for violations.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Insurance

4.1 Quotations are valid only for the specified period.

4.2 100% advance payment is required prior to service confirmation.

4.3 Exclusions include itinerary changes, de-icing, Wi-Fi, waiting time, and ground ambulance charges.

4.4 Payments accepted via cards, wire transfer, or insurance.

4.5 Services are not provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

4.6 Clients must retain transaction records.

4.7 Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate medical and travel information must be provided.

5.2 Valid passports, visas, and documents are mandatory.

5.3 Client indemnifies Air Medical 24X7 for document issues.

5.4 Abusive behavior may result in termination without refund.

5.5 All crew instructions must be followed.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Air Medical 24X7 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6.2 Client agrees to indemnify Air Medical 24X7.

6.3 Costs arising from diversions are borne by the Client.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

7.1 Services comply with UAE and international laws.

7.2 Client must comply with customs and immigration regulations.

7.3 Minor services require legal guardian consent.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Data is collected solely for service execution.

8.2 Data may be shared with operators or authorities.

8.3 Data is handled per Privacy Policy.

8.4 Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Delays

9.1 No full refunds after confirmation.

9.2 Rescheduling may be offered if cancelled by Air Medical 24X7.

9.3 Refunds processed in original payment mode.

9.4 Delays do not constitute breach.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

10.1 Governed by the laws of the UAE.

10.2 Jurisdiction lies with courts of Dubai.

10.3 Amicable resolution preferred.

11. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By accepting a quotation or making payment, the Client agrees to these Terms. Each clause is severable and enforceable independently.
